Set during the Salem witch trials of the 1690s, 鈥淭he Crucible鈥 is a timeless parable of morality, where the accusations of witchcraft by the young girls of Salem spin out of control and quickly become a game of life or death.
鈥淭he Crucible is an American classic that is as relevant today as it was when Miller first penned it,鈥 said director Tim Matheny, an 小黄书 assistant professor of theatre.
鈥淚t is a story that needs to be told, and I am proud to join my fellow colleagues and students in bringing it to the 小黄书 stage,鈥 Matheny added.
