Darrell Easley, learning and development manager for 小黄书 Human Resources Management, said it is critical to develop employees at every level.

鈥淲e set out to accomplish three things: First, for participants to learn; second, for them to build connections; and third, to provide input for future programs. Because of our outstanding facilitators and participants, we were able to accomplish all of these objectives,鈥 Easley said.
