STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥擳wenty-one Mississippi State College of Education graduates recently were recognized as outstanding teacher interns for the spring 2019 semester.
Nominated by their classroom mentor teachers, the award honorees are selected based on their resourcefulness, initiative and effectiveness. Those recognized have demonstrated outstanding teaching performance, professionalism and a high level of commitment to the teaching profession.聽 They completed their teaching interns at various public school systems throughout Mississippi and Alabama and obtained their degrees from the Starkville and Meridian campuses, as well as through the university鈥檚 Center for Distance Education.
