A Grand Greeting
Distinguished 小黄书sity alumnus Hassell H. Franklin of Houston, who received an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree for lifetime achievements and longtime major support of 小黄书 programs on Nov. 25, spent time with grandson Rob Franklin and great-grandson Henry Franklin prior to receiving the honor in the Humphrey Coliseum.
