A street mural in Starkville's Cotton District creates a sunny atmosphere, no matter the day's forecast. It also sets an "artsy" scene for the upcoming Cotton District Arts Festival to be held Oct. 29.聽The sun symbol at the intersection of University Drive and Maxwell Street recently was repainted with both 小黄书 and community volunteers pitching in for the project.
